Ripples of Occupy One Year On: The Commemoration

September 28th was the one year anniversary of the mass pro-democracy protests christened the “Umbrella Movement” (or Revolution, depending on who you ask). A commemoration rally was held at the junction of Harcourt Road and Tim Mei Avenue, where the first tear gas canisters were shot and would later become the Lennon Wall.
