Mr Narayan Singh assumed the post of Consul (Protocol & Admin) and Head of Chancery of the Indian Consulate General in June, 2015. He was previously posted in High Commission of India in Islamabad, Pakistan, since August, 2013, as Second Secretary. His expertise on administration works also brought him to the Indian representations in Washington, D.C., Havana, and Riyadh. He also served in the Ministry of External Affairs in New Delhi in between the postings abroad wherein he joined the administration, Western Europe and UN divisions.
Mr Singh is living with his family in Hong Kong and is a father of two sons who are studying at West Island School.
