Pan-dems increase leadership in LegCo Committees

Pan-dems are on the up. After a disastrous year, shut out of almost LegCo chair and vice chair roles, the pan-dems are back with 5 committee chair posts.

The pan-democrats have claimed 13 posts out of 25 elected, four up compared to the previous year with 11 posts pending owing to various procedural reasons.
