Reportage: HK’s diplomatic community bids farewell to Alicia Buenrostro-Massieu

Alicia Buenrostro-Massieu was proud to highlight an ever stronger ties between Hong Kong and Mexico as she concluded her four years of tenure as Mexican Consul General in Hong Kong.

A farewell reception was hosted by the Mexican Consulate General on 6 May for its departing Consul General, Amb Alicia Buenrostro-Massieu.

When delivering her speech, Amb Buenrostro-Massieu noted a comprehensive expansion in the ties between Mexico and Hong Kong while celebrating also the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Consulate General. The Mexican, business, academic and diplomatic communities were all out to give their blessings.
